Last Wednesday I was driving home from a coffee shop in downtown Toledo.
I saw police lights in the distance ahead of me.
I could see a vehicle pulled over with it's rear door open.
I thought to myself, looks like the car is being searched.
As I got closer I saw the car was broke down.
A few women were standing near the car.
A police officer was changing a flat tire for them.
